What Makes Starlight Dance Studio Different?
Adult Ballroom Dancing
While most dance companies in the Crossroads area focus on teaching children the art of ballet, Starlight Dance Studio focuses on teaching adults ballroom-style dancing. We instruct all skill levels and prepare you for social dancing or competitive dance. Furthermore, we are dedicated to bringing together our community through fun social events, like our Practice Parties, and offering up our rentable studio space.

Weekly Group Classes
Fun, Variety and Value
Group lessons are an opportunity to dance with different partners, an important part of becoming a good dancer, in a fun and relaxed environment. Every weeknight has a group lesson in a different dance style, and no partner is ever necessary- so both couples and singles are also welcome.

Group Lessons
Learn everything from country line dances to ballroom waltzes in a relaxed social setting, and join us every Friday night for our Practice Parties! We turn down the lights and turn up the music where you can show off what you’ve learned or just have fun!

One group class or practice party session is $10/ person, but individual dancers can also pay $50/ month ($75 for a couple) to attend as many classes or practice parties as they’d like!
Dancers are given any one of three levels of proficiency: bronze, silver, and gold. Bronze level sessions (at 6:00pm) focus more on learning the proper steps, silver level sessions (at 7:00pm) progress these steps, and gold level sessions (at 8:00pm) introduce variations and more complex moves.

Private Individual Lessons
Private Group Lessons
Private lessons (single or couple) are $60 per session (50 minute session). Private group lessons (family or wedding party) lessons are $60 per instructor for each session (50 minute session. Wedding parties will also receive a CD especially edited to fit their routine!
Private lessons actually use a course syllabus to keep our dancers on track to becoming confident on any dance floor as quickly as possible! They begin with quality (learning the right steps, etc) and progress quickly towards quantity (introducing variations and more complex moves).

Our Venue is Your Venue
Whether you’re hosting a wedding reception or zumba class, every successful party requires food, music and a venue that’s big enough for all your guests. You handle the food and the playlist, and we will provide the space and the sound system for your epic event. Cleaned before every event, Starlight Dance Studio’s main room is a large 40’x65’ space that can accommodate 56 people. Tables and chairs for 56 people are also provided.
